On your journey of discovery through this mountain landscape, you will explore various vegetation zones and encounter well-known Himalayan inhabitants such as red pandas, snow leopards, and bearded vultures.

Opening in 2022: New Himalayan habitat

On the path up to the summit you will also get to know golden takins, François’ langurs, and colourful Himalayan monals. Various info stations along the way will explain more about the origins and significance of this extreme habitat and describe the fascinating evolutionary traits that enable animals to survive in the highest mountains on Earth.
