Children under 12 years of age and any visitors who lack the necessary maturity or require permanent supervision due to a mental and/or physical condition must be accompanied and supervised on the premises at all times by an adult chaperone.
* Only valid in combination with a corresponding proof. The proof must be personalized, given a (valid) validity and issued by an official authority/institution (not digital). The proof will be checked at the admission checkers – please have it ready along with a photo ID. Visitors with a severe disability aged up to 15 receive free admission. The same applies to a person accompanying a severely disabled visitor with B/H note in ID (max. one accompanying person each).
** Only applies from Monday to Friday upon presentation of a valid "Berechtigungsnachweis" (BN, former berlinpass). Weekends and public holidays are excluded. The tickets are only available at the ticket booths on site.

Annual passes cannot be issued for third parties and are not transferable. The on-site annual pass booth is located at both entrances of the Tierpark. Tip: Buy your annual pass online and save time – further information here.

Group tickets are only available from the on-site ticket booths of the Tierpark.

* Schools: Valid Monday to Friday upon presentation of a properly filled out and stamped visitors’ form. Valid only for pupils from general education schools (not further education schools like vocational or language schools). For every 15 school pupils, one adult chaperone receives free admission. In the case of special needs education, other person limitations apply upon the presentation of appropriate proof of schooling. Nurseries: Valid Monday to Friday upon presentation of a properly filled out and stamped visitor's form. For every 5 children, one adult chaperone receives free admission.
