The flooring in the giraffe family’s living room is being replaced thanks to financial support from their long-term sponsor, housing association HOWOGE. Since their sponsor is a housing expert, the giraffes can look forward to a special new surface tailored to their specific needs: a non-slip tarmac that has a less powerful odour and is particularly robust.

Der Wohnzimmerboden unserer Giraffen-Familie wird gerade erneuert – dank finanzieller Unterstützung ihrer langjährigen Paten, der HOWOGE. Und die kennt sich beim Bauen natürlich bestens aus. Deshalb ist der neue Untergrund auch etwas ganz Besonderes: Er besteht aus speziellem Asphalt, der rutschhemmend, weniger geruchsintensiv und besonders robust ist.
