Diah recently underwent an ultrasound scan, which she accepted calmly and with no small amount of curiosity. These fascinating in utero images were only possible thanks to the committed team of Tierpark keepers and their targeted medical training sessions with the animals in their care. This regular practice allows keepers to establish a deep level of trust, making medical examinations and treatments much more straightforward.
We will be keeping our fingers crossed that sweet-tempered Diah has an easy pregnancy and gives birth to a healthy litter.
