The sponsored animals of housing association HOWOGE stretch their long necks and look on with interest as a “research camp” is erected at lightning speed before their long-lashed eyes. The finished camp will offer insight into the research projects the Tierpark is supporting to help protect giraffes in Tanzania. On the adjacent giraffe walkway, visitors will be able to come face to face with the world’s tallest mammals.
