Ticket Office
1st January - 15th March: 9 am - 5 pm
16th March - 23rd March: 9 am - 6 pm
24th March - 8th September: 9 am - 7 pm
9th September - 20th October: 9 am - 6 pm
21st October - 31st December: 9 am - 5 pm
On 24 December and New Year's Eve the ticket office closes at 1:00 pm. Visitors are requested to leave one hour after closing.
Information for dog owners
On the Tierpark premises dogs must be kept on a short lead. There are no extra admission charges for dogs.
