Ticket Office
1st January - 20th March: 9 am - 4 pm
21st March - 14th September: 9 am - 6 pm
15th September - 25th October: 9 am - 5 pm
26th October - 31st December: 9 am - 4 pm
On 24 December the ticket office closes at 1:00 pm. Visitors are requested to leave one hour after closing.
Information for dog owners
On the Tierpark premises dogs must be kept on a short lead. There are no extra admission charges for dogs.

- the U5 underground
- the M17 or 27 tram
- the 296 or 396 bus

How to reach us by car
- from the south the A 10 motorway Schönefeld, Schöneweide, Lichtenberg
- from the east the A 10 motorway Lichtenberg, then the B1 into the city, then left at Tunnel Tierpark
- from the north the A 10 motorway Weißensee, Möllendorfstr., then the B1 out of town, right at the tunnel, then the road “Am Tierpark”
In the city zone itself all directions to the zoo are signposted.
The zoo owns spacious car parks at both entrances that also cater to coaches.
